Private Kotor and Perast Tour

60.00

You've seen the photos, now is your opportunity to learn about Montenegro with a local. The city of Kotor sits in the most southern alcove of the Bay of Kotor, the largest bay on the Adriatic Sea and boasts a panorama of the Bay and walled city. The Bay is situated at the most southern fjord in Europe and offers stunning views of dramatic black mountains against tranquil, crystal clear waters. Make sure to bring your camera to the fortified medieval town, a UNESCO heritage site strewn with narrow cobble-stoned streets, Venetian palaces and café-lined squares.

North of Kotor is the seaside town of Perast, accessed by the Verige Straight. A quiet fishing village, Perast offers achingly beautiful views of the fjords and has an equally rich history. We'll be visiting the Our Lady of the Rock church (taxi boat and museum tickets included), built in 1630 on its own man-made island.
